LOCATION:

The Lodge is close to Arusha National Park and only 30 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport,which is an the ideal base for a safari. The snows of Kilimanjaro form a splendid backdrop and a sundowner on the verandah while watching the changing colours of the glaciers is an unforgettable experience.

NUMBER OF ROOMS & DESCRIPTION:

1. Accommodation is in attractive en suite garden cottages.
2. There are 10 rooms, including three superior rooms in the main house, two of which have balconies with views over the lake and forests to Mt Kilimanjaro.

OTHER FACILITIES & SERVICES:

1. The gardens contain a profusion of trees and flowers. 200 species of birds have been recorded and troupes of colobus monkeys inhabit the forest and grounds.
2. The lodge offers riding and has a lake stocked with trout for fly-fishing.
3. Day trips are available to the Arusha National Park.
4. Meals are taken in the main house which has beautiful public areas, including two stylish dining rooms, a very comfortable lounge and verandah.
5. There is a large swimming pool.
